About the Journal
The Journal of Administrative Sciences (JAS) is a peer-reviewed academic journal published by September 21 University of Medical and Applied Sciences. The journal aims to enrich the academic field with original research that bridges administrative theories and practical applications, with a specific focus on health management and institutional quality, in alignment with the University's 2026–2030 strategic plan.
Focus and Scope
JAS invites original research in the following areas:
- Medical and Hospital Management.
- Total Quality Management (TQM) in health and academic institutions.
- Health Economics and Strategic Planning.
- Applied administrative sciences related to institutional performance development.
Open Access Policy
The journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge. All articles are published under the CC BY-NC 4.0 license.
Copyright Statement
Authors retain copyright and grant the journal the right of first publication. Authors are permitted and encouraged to post their work online (e.g., in institutional repositories or on their website) as it can lead to productive exchanges, as well as earlier and greater citation of published work.
Archiving
To ensure permanent digital preservation, the journal utilizes the LOCKSS and CLOCKSS systems to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and permits those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration.
