Legal Study for the 21 September Medical City Establishment Project

The establishment of the Medical City represents the core solutions. This legal study for the establishment of the September 21 Medical City aimed to identify whether Yemeni legislation and laws permit the establishment of the Medical City, and to understand the internal and organizational regulations that govern the workflow, in addition to identifying the policies and procedures across the city's various departments.
This study is divided into three chapters; the first chapter covers the general framework, in which we explained that legal studies form the legal foundation for any institution. The second chapter addresses the organizational regulations within the Medical City, how operations are conducted and organized in each of its departments, and the methods of obligating the staff to implement them.
As for the third chapter, we discussed the operational policies within the city, as well as the policies and procedures followed across all its departments to regulate the workflow.
