تقييم مدى معرفة طلاب فني عمليات بأمراض السل والتهاب الكبد B & C بجامعة 21 سبتمبر صنعاء: دراسة مقطعية ميدانية

مشكلة البحث:
تعد الأمراض المعدية تحدياً صحياً عاماً كبيراً، على مستوى العالم، وخاصة في البلدان ذات الدخل المنخفض والمتوسط مثل اليمن، ويلعب طلاب فني عمليات دوراً حيوياً في النظام الصحي، خاصة في البيئات التي تعاني من نقص الموارد، ويقدمون خدمات طبية أساسية، بما في ذلك إجراء الإجراءات الطبية، وتثقيف المرضى حول الوقاية من الأمراض. نظراً لدورهم المهم، ومن الضروري أن يمتلك طلاب فني عمليات فهماً شاملاً للأمراض المعدية الشائعة؛ لحماية أنفسهم أولا، من خطر انتقال العدوى وللمساهمة بشكل فعال في جهود السيطرة على الأمراض وإدارتها، وتهدف هذه الدراسة البحثية إلى تقييم مدى معرفة فنيو العمليات بمرضى السل والتهاب الكبد B & C.
الإجراءات:
تم إجراء دراسة مقطعية على فنيو العمليات في المركز الطبي في جامعة 21 سبتمبر الواقعة بمدينة صنعاء في الفترة من 12 يناير إلى 20 يناير 2025م.
مثل مجتمع الدراسة في طلاب فني عمليات الذين لايزالون يدرسون في المركز، وتم استبعاد أي مشارك لا يدرس في الكلية خلال فترة جمع المشاركين، وسيتم استخدام الاستبيان كأداة لجمع المشاركين.
سيتم استخدام التحليل الوصفي والاستدلالي لتحيل البيانات بما يحقق أهداف البحث.
النتائج:
أظهرت هذه الدراسة البحثية أن مستوى المعرفة بالأمراض المعدية منخفضة لدى طلاب فني عمليات، حيث بلغت حوالي 57%، وكشفت هذه الدراسة أن هناك خلل في بعض المفاهيم المتعلقة بالأمراض المعدية
وأنّ أهم العوامل التي اثرت في مستوى المعرفة لدى الطلاب هو عامل المستوى الدراسي ومشاركة الطالب في دورات متعلقة بتلك الأمراض، وهما أهم عاملين يؤثران في مستوى معرفة الطالب حيث أظهر الاختبار الإحصائي أهمية احصائية عالية (قيمة P أقل من 0.05).
الخاتمة:
يملك طلاب فني عمليات مستوى منخفضاً من المعرفة العلمية بمرضى السل والتهاب الكبد B & C وهذا يجعلهم أكثر عرضة للإصابة بهذه الأمراض لأنهم يجهلون إلى حد ما طرق الوقاية منها؛ لذلك فهناك حاجة ماسة لتحسين مستوى المعرفة والممارسات الوقائية بين طلاب العلوم الصحية في مدينة صنعاء. يمكن تحقيق ذلك من خلال تعزيز التعليم والتدريب الرسميين وتطوير إرشادات وتوصيات واضحة
