تقييم مستوى المعارف والمهارات لدى القابلات تجاه تسمم الحمل (دراسة ميدانية على القابلات في بعض المستشفيات الحكومية بأمانة العاصمة صنعاء)

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى المعارف والمهارات لدى القابلات تجاه تسمم الحمل في المستشفيات الحكومية بأمانة العاصمة صنعاء، لتحقيق اهداف البحث واختبار الفرضيات تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي , تمثل مجتمع البحث من القابلات العاملات في المستشفيات الحكومية بالعاصمة صنعاء, استخدمن الباحثات الاستبيان كأداة للبحث ,أظهرت نتائج التحليل الإحصائي أن مستوى المعرفة بمفهوم تسمم الحمل بلغ (52%)، وهو مستوى متوسط يعكس وجود معرفة أساسية لدى القابلات حول تعريف الحالة ومعايير تشخيصها، إلا أنه لا يرقى إلى المستوى المهني المطلوب. كما بلغت نسبة المعرفة بأعراض تسمم الحمل (54%)، وهي أعلى نسبة بين المحاور، مما يدل على إدراك مقبول للأعراض الشائعة، غير أن هذه النسبة لا تزال ضمن المستوى المتوسط ,أما فيما يتعلق بعوامل الخطورة، فقد بلغت نسبة المعرفة (48%)، وهي نسبة تميل إلى الانخفاض، مما يشير إلى وجود قصور في التعرف على العوامل المؤهبة للإصابة بالحالة. كذلك أظهرت النتائج أن نسبة المعرفة بمضاعفات تسمم الحمل بلغت (46%)، وهي أدنى نسبة بين المحاور، الأمر الذي يعكس فجوة معرفية واضحة فيما يتعلق بالمضاعفات الخطيرة التي قد تهدد حياة الأم والجنين. كما تبين أن المعرفة بالأدوية المستخدمة في العلاج جاءت ضمن المستوى المتوسط إلى المنخفض، مما يؤكد الحاجة إلى تعزيز الجانب التطبيقي والسريري في هذا المجال, توصي الدراسة بضرورة التركيز على التوعية بالمضاعفات الخطيرة مثل التشنجات، الفشل الكلوي، والنزيف، لتعزيز الإحساس بخطورة الحالة وسرعة التدخل, تعزيز الجانب النظري من خلال برامج تعليم مستمر تركز على التعريف العلمي الدقيق للحالة ومعايير التشخيص الحديثة, تكثيف التدريب على التعرف المبكر على العلامات التحذيرية لتقليل المضاعفات.
