Scope and Focus: The journal welcomes original manuscripts in the fields of Administrative Sciences—including Health Management, Quality Management, Human Resources, and Organizational Leadership—as well as relevant Applied Sciences. The Journal of Administrative Sciences, published by the Faculty of Medical Administration at 21 September University for Medical and Applied Sciences, is pleased to announce the release : Volume 1, Issue 3 (Sep 2026).
This special edition is dedicated exclusively to publishing of the peer-reviewed research papers and scientific contributions presented. This exceptional issue compiles a curated selection of innovative empirical field studies and theoretical articles that address critical themes in medical administration, healthcare quality management, clinical and institutional governance, and human capital development within complex health systems. This first part aims to bridge the gap between contemporary administrative theory and clinical execution, providing healthcare decision-makers and professionals with evidence-based strategies to optimize healthcare delivery and organizational performance.
