Profitability assessment September 21 medical in sureness complete and not to completely confirm the (risk) in the capital of sanaa 2022

Abstract

 The aim of the research is to know the extent of the possibility of September 21 University to establish a medical city that limits health problems and to evaluate the profitability of the project to establish the medical city in light of certainty and uncertainty (risks).  There were many reasons that led to research and knowledge of the feasibility of establishing the medical city and the increase in the Yemeni individual’s need for health services and their shortcomings and efficiency at the present time, especially in light of the current circumstances and the low quality of health services at a time when the health sector was supposed to grow and flourish.  The quantitative analytical descriptive approach was used, where the descriptive analytical approach was followed in the theoretical aspect of the research and the quantitative analytical approach in the practical aspect of the research.  The importance of the research was discussed, as it deals with evaluating the profitability of establishing an integrated medical city and helps in finding a certain level of compatibility between the objectives of the project and the objectives of the national development plan on the one hand, and it shows the specific goal of the project and the available material, human and environmental capabilities on the other hand.. It is also important to research  Scientific research on the degree of danger in the establishment of the 21 September Medical City.  The objectives of the study were also addressed, the most important of which is assessing the profitability of establishing the September 21 medical project, estimating the financial statements for a period of 15 years for the medical city, and analyzing profitability indicators according to the marketing and financial outputs.  The research reached many results, namely that the project investment recovery period will be within 7 years and 7 months, the accounting rate of return for the project is 41%, the internal rate of return is 32%, the net present value is suggestive and the impact of profitability is more than 1 and these indicators indicate the feasibility of the project  and his technique.  The research recommended a number of recommendations made to the relevant authorities to study investment projects, including the necessity of emphasizing the economic feasibility study for all investment projects, whether private or public, and spreading awareness among the public, and the importance of economic feasibility.  And study the investor s laws on the feasibility study to obtain licenses to establish the project.
