Measurement the efficiency of performance in the private hospitals of the Al- Sabeen district, Using the empirical analysis of data.

This study aims to Measurement the levels of efficiency of private hospitals in the AL-Saabeen Directorate – sana'a. The temporal analysis was used the CCR, VSR, SE model. Two inputs were chosen for the study(the number of medical staff , the number of beds) and two outputs (the number of discharge cases, the number of diagnostic examinations). Data were collected through the field visit to the directorate. Until now: three of the hospital achieved complete relative efficiency, and nine of the hospitals obtained varying degrees (less than one). As for the variable returns to volume (VSR) model (91.8%), the amount of inefficiency for this modal was (8.2%), while the volumetric efficiency was (75.5%). These results have indicated how to use the evvelope the data in improving the efficiency of private hospitals by reising inputs by assuming the output. Or maximize the output by assuming the input stability.
