Abstract

The study aimed to identify the impact of human resource management practices on achieving organizational excellence, a case study of the Republican Teaching Hospital Authority, from the employees' perspective.
The research team utilized the descriptive-analytical approach to achieve the research objectives. The team employed a random sampling method to distribute the questionnaire to the study population, where 60 questionnaires were distributed to employees across all hospital departments. The gathered data was analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS).
The study reached several key results, most notably: the Republican Hospital applies human resource practices at a moderate level, and the results also showed that organizational excellence at the Republican Hospital Authority was at a moderate level.
The research concluded with a set of recommendations, the most prominent of which were: utilizing financial and moral incentives to encourage employees to enroll in training courses and linking training to organizational excellence; paying greater attention to encouraging employees to work with a team spirit, urging them toward innovation and outstanding improvement, and providing the necessary resources for creativity.
