Today's institutions face several fundamental challenges. In the foreground, we find the desire for survival and continuity, especially with the turmoil in the environment resulting from the severity of economic and political changes and the inevitability of creativity and excellence in the light of knowledge management. Failure to maintain its basic competencies and knowledge makes every organization unable to meet this challenge and becomes threatened with an exit from the local markets. This study aimed to identify the impact of the application of electronic knowledge management on improving the performance of higher education institutions in Yemen, the level of knowledge management application, as well as knowledge of the most important dimensions of knowledge management that support and motivate the application of knowledge management. And presenting a proposed vision for the application of knowledge management in the education sector, especially university education, and making proposals and recommendations. September as the sample of the study, where a random sample of university employees and students was taken, which numbered (150) samples. The study reached the important results represented in
