The Reality of Health Insurance in Yemen and Its Role i The Impact of Applying Crisis Stage Management on Improving the Performance of Healthcare Organizations (Case Study: Al-Samoud Hospital Authority Amran Governorate)

This study aims to measure the impact of applying the crisis management stages model (early detection, preparedness & planning, response, recovery & learning) on the performance of Al-Samad General Hospital in Amran Governorate, Yemen
Methodology: A descriptive-analytical approach was used on a sample of (130) hospital employees. The main instrument was a structured questionnaire. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and linear regression tests
Results: All crisis-management stages scored above the neutral benchmark. The results revealed a significant and positive effect of applying crisis management stages on hospital performance (R² = 0.558). The most influential stage was preparedness and planning, followed by early detection, response, and recovery and learning the study recommends enhancing preparedness, early-warning systems, and continuous learning from crises to improve organizational performance and resilience.
